Xperia Z1 Sudden Decrases in Battery

I have been using my xperia Z1 for 20 months. I was very happy with my phone but in these days battery goes crazy. Battery level drops suddenly when everything looks OK.
Besides this, normally I got a screen time of 3 or 4 hours, this time is also decrased to 2 hours.
I attached a report of my battery log. You can see there the battery level has dropped from %40 to %2 in seconds. The thing is, sometimes it drops from %70 to %30, so this is happening randomly. I tried the uninstall all the 3rd party applications and their trash, didn't work..
What should I do, what do you recommend?
(PS: I have the last android version, Lolipop 5.0.2)

Something is really wrong with your battery. Sometimes the apps causes it to decrease the battery life. It could also be the use of WiFi. My phone decreases its battery life so fast when I connect with a WiFi and the battery is very hot. You'd better have your phone check and changing battery could also be an option.
