y510p key issue

I purchased a new lenovo y510p having single nvidia 755 gpu , i7cpu , 1tb +24gb ssd
Im having issue with my keyboard .Sometimes my backlight is not working.My left arrow key is also not working.i CAN increase brightness using fn+up arrow but fn+space , fn+left ,fn+right and fn+down not working... But in notepad i can use right,down and up arrow..Ie except left arrow...this only happens sometimes
Pls help what to do....

If you think your KB is defective the only thing to do is have the laptop serviced while it's in warranty.

actually all keys are working but cant use them along with fn key...fn key works becoz fn+up arrow is working...

Then it's a problem with the program that decodes the mentioned shortcuts. One thing you could try would be to download and re-install that program from the manufacturer's website (it should be listed under some Utilities software). Since it's specific to that system/manufacturer (not a Windows shortcut), I don't think you'll be able to find it anywhere else.
