Yahoo! Search Suffers from Porn-thumbnail Glitch

Is this really Yahoo!'s problem or is this Microsoft's problem? Remember, Yahoo doesn't run search anymore, they outsource that to Microsoft. I suppose someone could have changed the Yahoo site to direct all links to porn, regardless of the result, but then why would Yahoo have to work with Microsoft on that?
