Originally meant to kick off in early October, Google had said from the start that without or without word from the Department of Justice, the two would go ahead with the deal as planned in October.

Let them join forces so they can get sued into oblivion by the EU and our government. Yahoo made its bed and now had to lie in it. They are pretty much done as a company and you should see a steady decline over the next year or two.
