I don't get any sound when watching antenna or apps like Netflix through the amp, only get sound on TV internal speakers. ARC is on on both the amp and TV. Any suggestions on amp and TV settings?

Did you turn ARC on in the TV menu? You may have to turn the internal TV speakers off too.
Did you assign ARC to one of the inputs on the receiver?
Check the owners manuals on how to do this.
