YouTube live Stream ... need help !!!

hey guys ive had a problem that im not able to live stream at YouTube on even 144p quality i have checked my Internet speed on Speedtest and it says that i have 1.05 MB/s download speed and about 0.98 MB/s Upload speed , when i download something from internet the download speed on IDM is 130-160kbps but speed test shows 1MB/s but anyway the main question is that why i am not able to live stream at 144p video quality using OBS on YouTube please need help.........

Well what's the error you are getting?
If there is no error then you are streaming but your upload is so slow that the video might only be images once in a while.

yeah i got an error it said :
" double check the server code and if it is correct there might be a network problem "
i checked the code was correct....

"there might be a network problem" as in to little upload speed to show a video...
