Youtube offline error

I have an issue with my YouTube app. Few days back i got an error saying error saving offline while the the download was completed to 87%. Now again im getting this error, some videos are saved without any interruption but many videos aren't. And when i click on re save download stucked where the error came. Please help.

(youtube has a "save offline" feature on android phones btw.)

Have you tried switching to wifi (or mobile data) when downloading?

That usually happens to me when my network stops working and you just have to keep tapping retry.

YouTube allows downloading locally that's why the have the buttons to download offline and watch downloaded videos SMH

The YouTube download function was only recently added and only for the paid YouTube Red subscription.
