Youtube videos are distorted

the sound on all youtube videos i watch/listen to is all distorted for some reason
there is no distortion on other sound sources (playing an mp3 or sound in a game for example) i am currently trying to find an alternative video veiwing website thing <.< so i can see if its just youtube or not
it have also uninstalled and re-installed flash

any help would be welcome

just checked on nico nico no distortion at all

Try updating your audio and video drivers. Maybe thats the problem.
