YouTube wont play videos on iphone5s

I have used YouTube for a long time. The app all of a sudden stopped playing videos. All the content like the related videos below would load, but the video itself wont. It keeps buffering and doesn't play. It eventually gets to the video time saying 0:00 to 0:00. When you move the red circle thing, it doesn't do anything.

Turn off your phone, like hold the power button.
