z370e SonicRadar 3

So ive recently bought my asus z370 e motherboard and wanted to download sonic radar 3, it download perfectly but once i opened the software and run the play sound button the displays dont show any detection to the example sounds being played by the software. I had jumped into a arma 3 match and tried it but yet had no luck, the display was showing on my screen but no audio recognition. Does anyone know whats wrong?

Uninstall.

Download and reinstall again.

The original download may have been okay but the installation process may have been corrupted or buggy.
