Zoomed picture

Hello,
pleaswe help! my rca hd big screen picture has zoomed for no reason.

Double check you do not have one of your aspect modes set to "zoom", and also double check your source(satellite, cable box) are not in a zoom mode. This can be found in your manual under Aspect Modes, or Aspect Ratios. Most sets have a Normal, Standard, or Regular setting.
