Hi , is it possible to get a signal boosting antenna for the ZTE Blade 7 mobile phone ? . . thanks

It's not possible as the phone has no input jack for an antenna so where would you plug it or screw it in?

In fact I've yet to see a mobile phone with an external antenna input.
