ZTE Obsidian, No Option to move Apps to SD Card.....raaar

Hi there, I have a ZTE Obsidian and my memory is full so I got a Micro SD card and it is recognized by the phone but when I go to Settings-Apps there is no option to "Move to SD Card" like on every other phone I have ever seen. I opened every app on there and nothing. Even a Euchre game and Zillow doesn't have an option and my roomie has both of them on her SD card. Any idea what is going on and how to do this.
