The motel is one of the least popular areas on the map and is not an area to be honest. It is just a location without its name on the map. But, there is a decent amount of chests spawning there so make sure to check out the guide below:
1. The first chest that you are going to find in the vicinity of the motel is at its northwest. If you go towards the northwest side of the motel, you will see some rocks under the trees and a chest will be sitting there. This chest is not looted most of the time so there is a good chance that you will find it.
2. The next place that you are going to find the chest is in a house. That house is located between the trees where you found the chest earlier and the motel. So you can either pick up the chest from this house when you are going towards the first chest that is located under the trees near the rock. This chest will be found in the second story next to a bed.
3. The third chest is going to be found in the motel itself. If you go to the very northern part of the motel you will find a chest in the attic. Make sure to build up your way to the attic as there are no stairs there to take you up.
4. The next chest that you are going to find is in the middle section of the motel. It will be inside the bathroom. Go through the door by the RV and go straight to find the chest. It will be sitting on the soil.
5. If you go to the south portion of the motel you will be able to find another chest. Just go to the south portion of the motel and then go to the attic to get the chest. You can either build your way up to the attic or you can land at the roof and break your way inside.
6. The next chest is not actually inside the motel but outside of it. You will find an RV parked outside the motel. If you go to the roof of that RV, you will be able to get this chest.
7. Now if you go the east of the EV where you find chest previously, you will be able to locate a big truck. Go to the back of this truck and you will be able to get another chest.
8. There will be another chest in one of the two buildings that are located to the south of the motel. Once you reach there, check out both and you will get a chest in one of them.
These are some of the locations inside and near the motel where you will be able to find the chests. Although there is no guarantee of getting the chests there every time if you go to all of these places, you will definitely find some chests.
