Many a times what happens is that you keep on saving converted videos in some XYZ folder using some software and are pretty used to it. When you use some other video conversion software and wish to save further converted clips in that very XYZ folder, you aren’t able to find it and you keep on saving it again and again without knowing the fact that the said clip is getting saved somewhere else in your computer. The reason behind this is that with the former software you have been saving the output files in XYZ folder in the past. When you use new software, it isn’t necessary that the output files will be saved to the same destination folder (XYZ folder). It’s you who need to change the destination to XYZ folder manually if you wish to save the converted clip in the preferred location.
It doesn’t matter whether you are using Xilisoft for the first time or have been using it for a while. Just change the destination to the desired place (XYZ folder) and you will find the converted videos every time you save them in that folder. Here is what you need to do:

After you have selected your desired folder, every time you save a converted clip, you will find the video at that very location. This means, you need to change the destination folder only once and you will find the converted video in that folder every time until and unless you change it again. If you wish to change the destination folder in future, you need to repeat the above mentioned steps while specifying a different location.

- ■Click Xilisoft to open the program.
■From the opened interface, click Cut option given on the right hand side.
■Now, click the button carrying the + sign to browse the video file that you would like to convert.
■A window will open up wherein you have to locate the file and select it.
■Click Open.
■Now you are all set to cut the clip. Click Cut button given below in the corner on your right hand side.
■A small box named Output Settings will open up in which you need to make a small change.
■On the opened box you need to give the address of the target folder in Destination field. Click Browse to do so.
■You need to select the folder in which you want to save the converted videos.
■After you have located the destination folder, click on Select Folder.
■Once done, click OK.
