This stop code usually indicates the NTFS file system driver encountered a problem it could not handle. This is almost always caused by one of 3 things...
1. Corrupt data on the disk/hard drive.
2. Corrup data in the memory.
3. The system is running out of memory.
Try the following to see if you can get past it...
1. Remove all external peripherals. Printers, monitors, mice, keyboard, etc., if any are connected. Then restart the laptop.
3. Try to boot the laptop in "Safe Mode" and/or "Safe Mode with Networking" and see if it will start up then.
