10.1 android tablet wont trun on

last month my tablet has turned off and it wouldn't turn on again. I have tried every thing , I did the factory reset and it worked for less than a day then turned off permanently again
Does any one know what can be done to fix it ? Im starting to lose hope

Possibly a dead battery? Might want to look into getting it replaced.
