Hey guys, i've an MSI gt70 2QD Dominator. It, like many gaming laptops uses MXM modules for the GPUs which can be switched out. I know that my laptop is an older modal and i bought it towards the end of it's life cycle. Do you think that it will be able to support a new pascal module if i bought one when they launch?Im currently running a gtx 970m with an i7-4710MQ. I now that any and all warrenties will be voided etc. I'd just rather not have to try and sell it now that people will all start to buy the new pascal lineup instead of maxwell, thanks in advance, Patrick

Thanks, :) I tied that and they said that theyd announce more info soon but they think that my model maye either have power draw or cooling issues if i try to install one. But seeing how little power they are drawing in desktops and mine has a decent fan and heatsink i cant really see how big a problem it can cause.
