Another alternative - if you have a second phone, call forward it to the one
you want to carry. I do this with a work/personal cell phone and change the
forwarding on weekends and during the work week. You can setup groups in
your phonebook with distinctive rings. Call forwarding is either an option
built into your phone on the menu structure, or a sequence like *72xxxxxxxxx
on a Verizon phone. I do this because my work phone is on AT&T (Cingular)
and personal is on Verizon - 2 seperate numbers on one phone won't work from
different carriers.
