2 year contract for verizon is up now I want month to month what do i do?

Hello, my two year contract is up and I want to make my phone an month to month and I want my old number which was ******* to be on my new phone. How do I make it month to month because he contract is up and the phone is no longer activated?

I removed your phone number for security purposes. It is never wise to post your phone number on a public website, as you open yourself up to some pretty nasty calls.

Anyways, I think if you got in touch with Verizon or stopped into a store, they could easily set you up with a month by month plan.
