[citation][nom]chechak[/nom]why consoles take higher score ....we are talking about pc ....Errr. .any way i think it all about business......were is logitech-g35 ???[/citation]

I linked to a G35 review alreadym on the first page of comments somewhere.

I am a PC gamer, always have been, always will be. However, there's no denying the massive force that is console gaming. Therefore, if a gaming headset can properly operate on PC AND consoles, it gets a gold star in my book. Not only can you use the A40s and Tritton 720s to play games, you can also use them to watch movies and listen to music, things that a lot of people use consoles for (myself included). Just some food for thought.

i can't seem to get an answer out of the forums so mabey you could answer this for me Devin. with a headset like the logitech G35 that connects to the computer through usb and doesn't use the soundcard, how much cpu power would the headset use? my computer is geared towards gaming so its on the high end of the spectrum, would i even notice any drop in cpu?

The G35 shouldn't have any noticeable impact on system power. I don't have the specifics, but I can try and find out. Also, the system requirements listed on Logitech's websites for the G35 don't include any specifics for a PSU, so I think you'll be in the clear with whatever you use.

So the Medusa's are available in the USA now! They also came out with the new NX 5.1 series and made improvements. OK Devin when can we expect to see a review and comparison of these up against the other headsets?!

[citation][nom]dhalsar[/nom]Can we know your thoughts between buying a G35 or the A40?[/citation]

Well, the biggest difference is in the consoles. With an A40 system, you can use it on the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. The G35 is a PC-only headset. So if you only game on your PC, then the G35 would probably be a better value. However, if you have the money to spend on the A40 system, it is definitely worth it.

In the end, they are both excellent headsets.

Hi! if @dconnors or anyone else can help me with this doubt, that would be great: i knwo the mic is detachable, but can I twist it up and down when its on? For example, can I leave it on, but swivel it up, to match the headband and keep it out of the way? thanks!
