3 lights are green, screen is black. Rebooted, same thing...nothing

Screen is black, some humming going on. I reboot and it does turn off. The second light.. I think..used to turn off when I closed tge lud, no longer does that. Any udeas?

do you hear beeps from the motherboard or something like changing the monitor and display cable. just a few.
