why when I am watching a youtube video on my lg smart tv 3d the 3d dont work even the button on my magic remote doesnt do anyt

LG 3D TVs may not support active 3D content (only passive 3D content). If the 3D glasses are not powered then this is the case. I seem to remember that his was their way of doing 3D on the cheap.
