3d projectors?

i preparing to buy a 3d ready projector but wanting to get a pc setup for 3d content. and just wondering will cyberlink powerdvd 10 (3d version) work with a 3d ready projector. what kind of setup should i do if it doesnt work for 3d video playback through a projector
