3Ds max runs slow with a powerful loptop

I have a laptop Lenovo Y700 models
Bought for the project in the 3ds max
But it is most interesting in this program hanged
I changed my Windows update and correct drivers installed , but I still have the same problem
intel i7 4720HQ
Discrete Graphics
NVIDIA® GTX 960M 4 GB GDDR5
Memory
Up to 16 GB DDR4
Why?

Does it run slow or is it hanging (locking up, crashing)?

Did you try uninstalling and re-installing it? Maybe it's an issue with the project?

even any object
yes i uninstalling and re-installing
But when I was very little heavy and grows segments in an object
Hong 's program
I feel this is the right laptop 3ds max was too slow in this program
And the opening program is 2:34 minutes

Your system should run the program fine, did you check with tech support for the program? Are other things slow? Maybe a hard drive issue.
