4 Channel Amp Powering 3 pair of speakers

I am installing a Rockford Fosgate M400-4D Marine Amplifier, with 2 pair inside the boat speakers, and 1 pair of outside the boat speakers. I want to be able to control the volume separately inside (4 speakers) and outside (2 speakers) , what is the recommended set up for this solution?

Connect one set of speakers to the front outputs, and the other to the rear. Parallel up the front and rear inputs for each side.

Then you can use the front/rear gain controls as volume controls.
