47 inch vizio razed led tv

Hello,
I am looking at buying this tv from someone. the vizio light on the tv lights up but the screen doesn't power on (no picture or sound).

I'm kinda new to this type of thing, but I like tinkering with electronics and I may take a flyer on this thing and try to fix it myself. just wondering if anyone here might have an idea of what's wrong with it or could possibly point me in the right direction. perhaps capacitors on the power board?

A number of things could be wrong
ranging from capacitors blown - to screen no longer functioning
capacitor change is cheap under 50$ a blown screen will cost more than the tv is worth.
