4g Unlocked Phone For Cheap T-Mobile

Hello, I am switching to T-mobile. I am looking for a 4g phone that will work on their network. They use the 1700/2100 bands. What are some good performance 4g phones under $180? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There's no 4G unlocked phone out there for $180, unless you settle for used. The best I think of is the 8GB Nexus 4 for $300, or the 16GB version for $350.

Not sure if OP means LTE or TMO's HSPA+ but there's almost no unlocked "good" performance phones under $200. Even fewer that support penta band(1700). Unlocked high end phones go for $500-700. Nexus 4 is the exception as obsama1 listed.

OP can try this though and see if it's good enough. 1Ghz single core, 480p, 3.7". It runs 2.3 however and isn't unlocked but is contract free.

By good performance, I meant something that would be good enough to use for light gaming, web browsing, youtube, etc. Not a high performance phone. And thanks, Unique, but are there any other better ones?
