4k video playback on old system

hey guys
i have nvidia 1030+q8300
can i play 4k with this?
i was trying to , but i had low fps
cpu 89%
vga 29%
is there anyway to force GPU to do the job?
i am using jetaudio

For video sure it should be able to handle 4k movies. Not sure what you are talking about FPS though, that is a term used for games. Are you talking about movies/streaming or games?

Also 4k streaming depends on your internet connection as much as anything else.

well, the movie is playing in slowmotion (low frame per scc)
and nope, its not streaming. i play from my HDD

so whats the problem? any way to force the GPU to render video?

It should be doing it if needed, but the quad core CPU should be able to run things fine. You said the movie, did you only try one? Try using another video player also. VLC is fa good one to try if you don't use it already.

did reinstall new codec tool. and problem is solved
yet, i dont understand how to force gpu to render the movie.... still get 90% cpu ussage and 5% gpu , but its smooth
