55" Haier Tv wall mount

Hi,
I moved into my new house and the owner has left a wall mount which I am thinking of using to mount my Haier 55" inch. Here is the image of the mount https/ibb.co/bQKsqR

I am trying to understand if this wall mount will work for my tv ? Any reference videos explaining how to mount would be great. Thank you.

You need to discover how that square plate comes off.
That then screws to the back of the TV, in the standard VESA mount holes.

It's hard to say for sure but I think that bracket is not going to work for a 55" TV. Even if the holes match it doesn't look like any bracket I've ever used for a TV that size Something like this would usually be used.
