6 in ceiling speaker setup

My company is trying to install in ceiling speakers in a room and a microphone to connect to it, and as the IT guy it falls on me to implement this, even though I have little audio experience.
What I have so far is 6 Micca M-8C 8 Inch ceiling speakers, and a Pyle 6 channel home audio receiver, and speaker cable hooking it all together.
Will that setup work? Is there a better way to do it?

One channel to one speaker, that's it. Leave it to the user what channel they want to play where.

It should work but you don't describe what the system is for. You may get feedback depending on what mic you use and where it's located in relation to the speakers.
