7.1 surround sound capable device missing options for stereo "downgrade" in windows configuration.

I'm having problems with youtube videos where some videos won't have any sound for a weird audio reason and I found an answer that seems like it'll work but I can't follow through with its instruction due to some limitations. I want to "downgrade" my audio output from windows to this specific device to stereo instead of 7.1 (which is the only option I am currently getting).

Look for a configuration util from Logitech. Did it come with a CD, look there.
