723USD - is this is a good deal for a 2 in 1?

I need some help to make a decision. Buying a 2 in 1 tablet/laptop for someone else. I have no idea whether this is a good deal or not, but doing all this research is giving me a headache. I just want to make a decision and not have any major regrets.

Apparently I can get one for about 4600RMB which is approximately 723USD.

If this is not a good deal, please feel free to recommend something with a comparable price that's better. I'm in China, so perhaps my options are limited? I'm not really sure.

Now that's an interesting buy. Apparently this device has a digitizer with a pressure sensitive stylus, a lovely 1080p display, and a USB port on the tablet itself. The $723 price you gave is just a little over the $700 SRP on the Acer website. I think this is a good buy for what you want to do.
