About can't moving of music to SD card

Hey guys I have a problem with my phone i can't move my music to SD card why I don't know pls help me and when i click copy or cut and paste in SD card It restart my files automatically I can't understand why and I downloaded other application like Es file explorer and done in too but also no result pls guys kindly reply me
