Solved! Accidentley touched usb port with headphone jack on my friends Dell 13 core processor. It shut off imediately. Please tell me

USB port touched by headphone jack. Dell core processor immediately shut off.

The problem is? I did this on my Asus one time, came right back on, still works fine. It shuts off to protect itself.
