Acer Aspire 5534 Issues

I have had to restore my computer 5xs in the last month to brand new working order because it freezes up. This is very frustrating because Ive only had it for 3months. Help does anyone have a idea whats going on? Also does this laptop have a web cam?

all look like have a camera, but only some models really have a camera.
On the the other stuff never happen to me with this laptop, but before I had this with another laptop, always fixing it, with an reinstall and updated drivers.

I'm having a similar problem but I've figured out that with mine it has something to do with a Windows Seven update. Not sure what is causing it, because even with autoupdates turned off, it will still occasionally update anyways and the next time it turns on I get 'brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr' and a frozen screen before the windows login. Recovering back to before the update fixes the problem until it tries to update again. Errrr.
