Acer Aspire 5742g turns off extacly after 4m57s.

Hello. I've got problem with Acer Aspire 5742g. It turns off extacly after 4m57s - everytime. Is doesn't matter if i enter BIOS, or let Windows to load - it is 4min57s no matter what.

I have disassembled it, cleaned fan, changed thermal pads and thermal paste. I didn't notice any signs of damage or water. I tried to load BIOS defaults
It works only connected to power supply, battery is dead.

Okay, I fixed it.I had to desolder CMOS battery, and left it for around two hours. I soldered it back and computer isn't shutting down anymore. I hope, that will help someone in the future.
