Acer aspire notebook has blue led light but won't turn on

Hi I have soooo much work to do and my acer aspire es 15 notebook I purchased 5 months ago won't turn on. When I plug charger in the blue led comes on but nothing?? It has no removable battery. Please help x

Hi, you can try this test, remove the battery and unplug the adapter, hold down the power switch for one minute, plug the adapter and boot the laptop.

Hi thanks for your response however there is no battery to remove?

You don't have a reset hole on the back of the laptop?
