Acer Aspire one factory reset but Acer Screen does not pop up it goes straight to windows??

Well I am trying to factory reset my computer due to a forgotten password.

When I initially turn it on it goes to a page where it says f2 for set up or f12 for boot options.

If I dont choose those two options it goes directly to windows 7 without an Acer icon popping up.

Just wondering if someone can help me as its probably an easy fix and I dint feel like paying acer third party support $100 for the one time help.
