Acer aspire one model pav70 wont DO ANYTHING when i power it on the fan comes on

when i power on my computer the fan comes on fo0r about 3-4 seconds then shuts off.nothing ever comes up on the screen but power light stays on after fan goes off.any help would be much apperciated,thanks.

You need to get the fan replaced. I hope it's still under warranty.
