Acer aspire one netbook webcam & windows 7 shuts down on video chat

Why am I having problems with my Acer netbook when I am video chatting? I have dropped calls, poor quality/frozen video and poor quality sound or no sound.

Goto Acer's web site and see if they have any newer drivers for the video and audio.

What are you using, a wireless connection? Is your wireless connection fast enough?

It could mean a few things:

Your ISP's speed is slow.

Your driver's are outdated.

Your netbook is unable to process the amount of data streaming (audio video).

What exactly do you have for an acer netbook (model)?
