Acer Aspire R11 going to sleep when rotate screen

Just purchased an Aspire R11 and when I rotate the screen all the way around to use it as a tablet, the screen goes to sleep. The screen will stay awake in tent mode but as soon as it is folded all the way around it will go to sleep. I have checked all the settings I know and nothing I can find that has fixed it. I even enabled tablet mode and it still goes to sleep. Anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this? Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
