Acer Aspire V3-771G Screen issue

I don't really know how to word my issue, I have a brand new laptop and everything is running perfect about it. The only thing bothering me is the way the screen looks. I was trying to adjust settings to get the screen to look the best it can but it looks kind of washed out. If I exit a program the screen will look vibrant and perfect for about half a second then change quickly back to what it usually looks like. How do i stop it from changing? Does Intel Graphics control panel have to do with this? Would be great if someone could help me out

i5-3210M 2.5Ghz Overclock to 3.1
