Acer E5-475-54MT suddenly shutting down.

Hi, I bought this laptop one month ago and it has already gone into warranty due to this issue, they told me everything was ok but still took a look into the battery. I got it back this weekend and everything seemed ok until this morning, the issue happened again and it's always the same:

Laptop laying flat on the desk and out of the blue it shuts down. I downloaded a tool to keep a track of the temperature to see if it was related but the laptop was cool the whole time.

My last thing to try is to check if there's a false with the battery pins.

You guys have any suggestions?

If the laptop is that new, it shouldn't be just going to warranty, they should be completely replacing it.
