Acer extensa 4620z seems like a boot loop Someone Please Help.

My acer extensa 4620z laptop won't boot it just keep saying "JPXRO is compressed and press ctrl+alt+del to restart" I did just that but it just keeps saying the same thing. What should I do to fix this?

Have you tried hard reset?
Try disconnecting the power cable and then removing the battery from the laptop. Once done, leave both disconnected from the computer hold the power button down for at least a minute. After put the battery back into the computer, connect the power cable, and try turning the computer on again
