acer laptop not opening anything

My laptop had been perfectly fine up until about a month ago. Now, my laptop only lets me log in and go to my desktop but whenever i open anything, it doesn’t happen or the program crashes. I have tried way too many times restarting and going into safe mode to see if there’s a problem but i’m not very good with computers so even if there was something wrong there, I wouldn’t be able to tell or fix it.

I've done everything on there but it all says that there's nothing wrong and nothing corrupt?

Can you run Zemana Antimalware and Malwarebytes to check for viruses in safe mode with networking enabled? If they found anything, please also run a scan with Emsisoft Emergeny Kit/HitmanPro/Adwcleaner.

The first one isn't able to run on safe mode but Malwarebytes didn't find anything.

Can you try Emsisoft Emergeny Kit(https://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/eek/)? Also, try every command from here: http://www.howto-connect.com/sfc-scannow-dism-exe-chkdsk-windows-10/ . Also what error you have when the program crashes?
