Acer laptop product key

I need to do fresh installation of my Acer laptop, but the product key on the bottom faded. Is there a product key somewhere on the box? There are some numbers but I don't even know the format product key should be in...

I'd suggest contacting Acer technical support with help.

2 options.

1: User the acer recovery disks / recovery partition and you will not need the license key in order to do a reinstall
2: buy a new license, why? Because Acer will tell you it's not a warranty issue and microsoft won't care.
