Solved! Acer Nitro 5 Gaming laptop always crashes when playing games while plugged in

I have a acer nitro 5 i5 8300 with 1050ti, and bought it 3 weeks ago. Although its been crashing A LOT like 10 to 15 times a day. Idk why, and i have noticed it does thermal and power limit throttle unless i under-volt the CPU. Whenever it crashes, theres a bunch of different colors and distorted noise and it ether i have to shut down or the laptop restarts. I also noticed the wifi goes out when it shuts off... but it does reconect. what should i do to make it stop turning off? its always plugged in and it still turns off help.

Check Reliability History and Event Viewer for error codes and warnings that occur just before or at the time of the crashes.

My overall thought is that the Acer is still in overheat condition.

I checked the vent viewer and what causes to crash my laptop was error 6008? What does that mean?

That said "crashing A LOT" with respect to the circumstances makes me think that there is a PSU/power problem involved.

Especially so when playing games.
