Acer predator 17 stuck. Help!

Hello guys!
I've ran into a little trouble with my acer predator. The story is that when i was working on my laptop suddenly keyboard stopped working so i decided to make a restart, now that i pressed restart, laptop got stuck with a black screen, but keyboard backlights are still glowing and fans are running as if it would still be on. So i decided to unplug charger and i was holding power button for 2minutes, still nothing. The battery is integrated into laptop so thats no option to pull it out. Do you have any suggestions? or i should just wait for a couple of hours until it runs out of battery?

That is a pretty new laptop, did you contact Acer support?

I have the same issue. Tried reinstalling RAM since I can't access battery. Pin hole battery reset doesn't seem to work. I let the battery drain and tried restarting and had no luck. Macro switch works like normal, but the touch pad toggle flickers.
