Acer spin 3 lighted keyboard not working

Fn F9 does not turn the backlight on the keyboard.

Restart your PC. If this does not fix it, ensure your drivers are up to date by going to the vendor specific website and installing the latest drivers. If it still does not work, unplug the keyboard and plug it into another USB port.
